The Motherhood Collective

My mission is to help women just like you who are navigating their career and motherhood to understand the identity changes they’re experiencing and to normalize those changes.

The Motherhood Collective is the program I wish I had when I first entered motherhood, and especially as I navigated the return to work from maternity leave. I was battling chronic exhaustion, felt like I was drowning at work, wanting to spend time with my daughter, and struggling with feeling mom guilt when I took any time for myself (which was usually only an hour of Netflix and some wine before falling asleep on the couch). 

I knew motherhood could be done differently. 

I created The Motherhood Collective for mamas to do motherhood on their own terms. I want you to know you don’t have to be stuck in a cycle of trying to do it all (cause whoever created those standards definitely wasn’t a woman, much less a mother).

Who is the program for?

When will the calls take place?

Weekly calls will be Thursdays at 8pm EST and will take place via Zoom. Replays of all calls will be available within 24 hours.

What if I can’t make it to one of the calls?

All calls will be recorded and replays will be available within 24 hours for you to watch at your convenience

I’m a private person, what if I’d prefer 1:1 coaching instead?

The Motherhood Collective is a group coaching program, therefore all interactions happen within the group. Sharing our individual mothering journey as a group is vital to normalizing all aspects of motherhood.

As we’re all on the same journey and this is a safe space, I am 100% confident that you will feel at ease with your new group of soul-sisters to support you on your journey. 

If you’re not quite ready or comfortable to share in a group, the VIP experience of The Motherhood Collective includes 2, one-hour coaching calls. The 1:1 calls are customized for you and your needs. Your 1:1 calls can be used any time from week 3 of the program to December 21, 2022.

Is there a VIP option?

Yes! VIP participants will have access to 2 one-hour coaching calls. The 1:1 calls are customized for you and your needs. Your 1:1 calls can be used any time from week 3 of the program to December 21, 2022.

When does the program begin?

We start October 3rd when we meet over Zoom for our live Opening Women’s Circle Ceremony. Content for week 1 will be delivered live during our weekly call on October 6th, and content for week 2 will be released via email on October 7th.

What is the average weekly time commitment?

The weekly recorded modules will never be more than 30 minutes/weekly. These modules will go live 6 days prior to our live group calls. The recorded content will typically include a journal reflection or short workbook to incorporate the concepts you’ve just learned.

You may choose to spend anywhere from 10-30 minutes/weekly on activities related to the recorded modules. 

Our weekly group call will be 1 hour. If you participate in the VIP Experience, there will be 2, one-hour 1:1 calls which you will schedule at your convenience and may include further journal or workbook activities as appropriate.

What happens if I can’t make time to watch the weekly recorded content before our live group calls?

I encourage you to show up for our live calls anyway! 

We’re aiming for connection and redefining what success looks like in this season of our lives. No need to aim for perfection. Attending the live calls will be beneficial even if you didn’t have time to watch the weekly recorded modules.

I have a new baby, is this the right time?

This is a great opportunity to refer back to the average weekly time commitment description above. Weekly course content is delivered via email for you to consume at your own pace. Weekly group calls will be recorded for you to watch back at your convenience. That being said, it’s important to have the mental space to dive into this 8-week journey. 

I generally recommend women be at least 6-weeks postpartum if they want to participate and receive the benefit of meeting with women live (via Zoom) and sitting in the community together.

Do you offer a refund?

I do offer a Monday Back Guarantee! I’m confident you’ll love The Motherhood Collective as much as I do, but you have up to 14 days to change your mind. I know that’s important if you’re skeptical of big promises or worry about making the wrong decision.
